Attendance and voting rights
- All Gramo members have the right to attend the Annual General Meeting, both performers and producers.
- Each member can bring an adviser, whom the Annual General Meeting can give the right to speak.

You have voting rights if Gramo has paid you remuneration in the last three years. - Producer – Record label, or you if you release music yourself. You have voting rights if you have earned producer remuneration in the last year. Votes are weighted according to how much remuneration has been earned.
For the full voting rules, see point 2.2 of the articles of association.
- Performer – Artist, musician or other performing artist
Producers' votes are weighted according to the remuneration they earned last year. No single producer can have more than 18% of the total votes of the producer members present.
